Future Fashion

 “In order to be irreplaceable one must always be different.”  - Coco Chanel

Working in the fashion industry you know that if you get an invite to a graduate fashion show you must attend. Its an exciting place to be as fashion students push creative boundaries and often lead in innovative design. You could be about to view a collection from the next Alexander McQueen.

We ventured to the university of Westminster show at a derelict industrial bunker just off Baker Street, with London’s fashion press assembled and anticipation high in the air the show begins, late as usual but worth the wait.

Collections included interesting silhouettes, splashes of colbot blue, feather and fur trims and inflated plastic bubbles. These students had clearly worked so hard to complete their collection and pushed themselves creatively. So from the university of Westminster, these are designers to watch out for;
